This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how paid subscriptions to SoarLedger, operated by WILLSOAR Technologies LLP, are billed, cancelled and refunded. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
1. Overview
SoarLedger is a subscription-based, cloud software service. You can start with a free trial, choose a paid plan, and cancel at any time. Because access is provided immediately and continuously, refunds are limited to the specific situations described below.
2. Free trials & pilots
Paid business plans include a 15-day free trial, and the Practice plan for CA firms includes a 30-day guided pilot. No charge is made during the trial or pilot, and no credit card is required to begin a trial. If you do not choose a paid plan before the trial ends, access pauses until you do — we do not automatically charge you, and we do not delete your books.
3. Subscription billing
Paid plans are paid in advance for a month or a year. They do not renew automatically: you renew from the plan page in the app, and there is a 7-day grace period after a plan ends. Annual plans are billed once for the year. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), which is added at checkout.
4. Cancelling your plan
You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing SoarLedger support. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period you have already paid for, after which access pauses until you choose a plan again; your data is kept. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
5. Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. Since you retain full access until the end of that period, we do not issue partial-month refunds. Cancel before the next renewal date (or turn off AutoPay in Settings › Subscription) to avoid being charged for the following month.
6. Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable, including for the unused part of the year. Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial so you can evaluate SoarLedger fully before paying. You can cancel at any time to prevent the next annual renewal, and you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for. If you change plan, the new plan starts straight away at its full price.
7. Practice & pilot plans
Practice plans for CA firms and any custom pilots may be governed by a separate written order or agreement. Where that document addresses cancellation or refunds, its terms prevail over this policy for that engagement.
8. Failed or duplicate charges
If you are charged in error, charged more than once for the same period, or charged an amount that does not match your selected plan, contact us within 30 days. We will investigate and refund any confirmed erroneous or duplicate charge to the original payment method.
9. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our third-party payment processor. Once approved, it typically takes 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to a different account.
10. Taxes
Where a refund is issued, any GST charged on the refunded amount is adjusted in accordance with applicable law.
11. How to request a refund
Email SoarLedger support from your registered email address with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 working days.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
