SoarLedger, operated by WILLSOAR Technologies LLP, is a digital, cloud-based software service. This policy explains how the service is delivered. Because SoarLedger is software and not a physical product, the term “shipping” is used only to satisfy standard e-commerce and payment requirements.
1. Overview
There is nothing to ship physically. SoarLedger is delivered electronically over the internet, and access is provided through your online account.
2. No physical goods
No physical goods are sold or dispatched, and therefore no shipping, courier or delivery charges apply to any SoarLedger plan.
3. How the service is delivered
Access to SoarLedger is provisioned electronically to the email address you register with. When you start a free trial, or when a paid plan is activated, your workspace and the features included in your plan are made available in your account — typically immediately, and in any case within 24 hours of a successful sign-up or confirmation of payment by our payment processor.
4. Accessing the service
You can sign in at app.soarledger.com using your registered email address and a one-time passcode (OTP). Paid features unlock automatically once payment is confirmed.
5. Service region
SoarLedger is offered to businesses and practitioners operating in India, and your financial data is hosted in India.
6. Delivery issues
If you have completed sign-up or payment and cannot access your account within 24 hours, please contact SoarLedger support and we will resolve it promptly.
